NOTE: You must have previously held this position and with a minimum of 2 years of work experience as an AREA MANAGER!
We are the market leader in plant (construction equipment) rental. We rent large, medium and small plants. We are located in Gauteng, however our plant is all over the country. We have 9 branches around Gauteng and a staff complement of over 300 employees.
We’re a formidable company with a strong management team you’ll be joining, so there’s the support and direction available to draw on.
You will be responsible for the standard across all branches with a focus on improving our processes and procedures and ensuring they are implemented and followed.
You need:
- Have great Excel skills to pull our data to guide you on where focus areas should be placed for best results!
- Be self-motivated and a motivator for your team under you!
- Be an achiever with high standards that must be upheld! Your role will include, but is not limited to:
- Give branches the right direction related to operations and management to run the branch efficiently.
- Ensure that HR and IR policies are understood and applied fairly.
- Improvement of procedures and processes.
- Please be patient to train, train and inspect
- Understand costs and know how to control them while increasing/maintaining sales! You have to be a team player! Remuneration: Negotiable, but the package will be a very attractive salary with a lucrative plan of incentives to pay associated.
