The successful candidate must have a passion for the law and ensure that he/she always provides an effective and professional service and works mostly independently. Requirements:
- Law Degree
- Senior Advocate of the High Court of South Africa
- Driver’s license (advantageous)
- Computer skills (MS Office Experience:
- 1-3 years of post-admission experience in debt collection
- 3 to 5 years after admission in General Litigation and in the following fields of law:
- Claims to third parties (Road Accident Fund)
- family law
- Administration of Estates of Deceased Competencies:
- Organized
- Decision making
- Work management
- Technical/professional skills and knowledge
- Innovative
- Independent
