Project Coordinator x1 – Internship (Y.E.S Program) – Polokwane
Purpose of work:
Duties and responsibilities:
• To develop, drive and implement the objectives of the project
• Manage communications and deliverables from all stakeholders for the project.
• Track project achievements
• Establish cross-functional partnerships as necessary to ensure project success.
• Assist with the recruitment, enrollment and induction of new participants to the programs
• Supervise and supervise the work of all members of the management team
• Quality control of all paperwork and rectification of each and every one of the errors.
• Assist the Program Recruitment Officer in recruiting for our various programs
• Training colleagues in processes and general administration
• Act as a social media leader and manage all organization communications and accounts for positive results.
• Act as IT and facilities leader, ensuring all equipment is up and running, and office stock is replenished.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree/National Diploma in a related field
• Age: 18 – 34
• South African, preferably from Polokwane
Stipend: R4 020 per month
Duration: 12 Months (Internships)
Location: Polokwane
