Reservations Clerk

We are looking for a candidate to join our dynamic team at Esquire Technologies. This vacancy is for a Reservations Clerk in our Warranty Department and includes, but is not limited to;
• Must be able to identify computer components
• Must be able to work under pressure
• First line of guarantees: customer service experience is essential
• Make sure items brought in are properly checked.
• Once testing is complete to ensure items are passed to the next person in the process eg. local RMA/overseas RMA
• Keep the client informed about the process of entering their assets.
• Process credits and swop-outs daily.
• Provide daily/weekly updates and reports to manager
• Responsible for all stock brought in and notifying clients of the collection
