SENIOR BRANCH MANAGER WANTED
Hire All, an established plant rental company that supplies construction equipment to the industry, is seeking a Senior Branch Manager to join their team. The location will be discussed at your interview.
Key outputs:
- Must be goal oriented and try to exceed required standard in sales, cash collections, credit control, personnel management and stock management.
- Demonstrate customer service and staff control through effective managerial skills.
- Be a strong motivator for sales and store staff to generate above average sales.
- Have some technical knowledge and skill so that you can evaluate the outcome of your workshop. Key requirements:
- Have at least 5 years of experience as a branch manager, either in civil works, construction or mining. Plant rental experience would be a huge plus!
- Confident, self-motivated and driven to success.
- Must have good communication skills and the ability to motivate staff.
- Have a fair understanding of Excel and the powers of it.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must be willing to transfer to multiple branches.
