-x2 Male Receptionists/Customer Service Agents (Night Shift)

Tshinakie Guesthouses, Lodges and Resorts is looking for two young, social media savvy, alive, innovative, happening receptionists for the National Central 24HR Customer Service Centre based in Pretoria.
The Customer Centre/Reception handles and process all bookings and enquiries for Tshinakie Guesthouses, Lodges and Resorts located in Limpopo, Gauteng, and Mozambique. The Customer Centre also receive enquiries about other Tshinakie Group brands and operations for clarity.
Duties include online marketing, monitoring social media, responding emails, responding to calls, producing quotes, daily reports, supporting receptions inside the Resorts across the Provinces and coordinating and resolving customer needs.
REQUIREMENTS:

• A Degree, Certificate or Diploma in Marketing, Hospitality or Tourism.
• Exposure to the environment would be a benefit.
• A Fair understanding and speaking of Tsonga, Venda, Sepedi and English would be an added advantage.
