HR Administrator

Immediately hiring: HR Administrator.
Contract type: Full-time, On-site, Permanent.
Reporting Structure: HR Manager.
Client industry: Paper and plastics packaging manufacturing business.
Grade: CL.
Salary: R30 000 pm, negotiable.
Benefits: Medical aid, 13th cheque, and performance bonus.
Location: Piet Retief, Mpumalanga.

A vacancy exists in our client’s Human Resources Department for which applications are invited from candidates who meet the following requirements:

Job requirements:
· Diploma in Human Resources.
· Minimum of 3 years in a general HR Administrative or Clerical position within a heavy manufacturing industry.
· Advance MS Office competence (Word; Excel; PowerPoint).
· Other software competencies (Mpower, QlikView, Kronos).
· Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
· Attention to detail.

Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
· Maintaining clerical and administrative processes and systems relating to employee benefits and payroll.
· Assists in the administration of remuneration processes and systems.
· Engage in liaison with other stakeholders for data input and output purposes.
· Administer the recruitment and termination processes.
· Compile reports and summaries as per requirements.
· Take a practical role in administrative systems and resources ensuring optimal accurate administration and data to enable decision-making.
· Assist in the implementation of HR projects.
