Responsibilities:
Processing quotes and pro formas/invoices
Assist walk-in customers
Email enquiries
Answering the telephone
Organizing couriers/courier quotes
Filing
Compliance with internal systems of control and processes

Experience:
Team player
Previous customer service experience
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
Efficient
Organized
Willingness to learn – be prepared to learn our product range
Deal with pressure – tricky customers and deadlines
Previous IQ Retail experience advantageous
Proficient in excel, English and Afrikaans (written and spoken)

Remuneration:
R 12500.00 Negotiable
