Overview
Answering the phones and greeting customers that arrive.
Ordering stationery, making sure the kitchen is stocked.
Inputting of supplier invoices.
Reconciling branch based recons.
Processing of stock journals.
Filing.
Assisting the sales consultants when needed.
Various adhoc office/admin duties

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12/ Matric.
  • Experience as a Front Desk secretary / Office Assistant, and general office administration.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Positive Attitude.
  • Friendly Demeanor
  • Dependable and punctual.
  • Well-groomed and presentable always.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to enter data accurately, as well as check and correct errors.
  • Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality.
  • Must be proficient in handling office equipment, including laptops, printers, and phones.
