JD Specialized Recruitment is currently assisting a new ultra-luxury 5* Lodge to recruit a dynamic and charismatic MANAGEMENT COUPLE

Requirements

• Min 5 years Lodge Management experience at a high end, 5*lodge – Non-negotiable
• Experience with the development and implementation of policies and procedures and the maintenance of high standards of service
• Pre-opening experience – advantageous
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good computer literacy, numeracy, administration & logistical planning skills
• Exceptional delegation, organisational and time management skills
• Charismatic, detail orientated and guest centric.
• Stable employment history & contactable references.

Start – ASAP

Salary – Based on Experience – Live in benefits.
