Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Verify the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data related to VMMC procedures and patient records.

Implement data validation processes to identify and rectify discrepancies promptly.

Utilise analytical tools to interpret VMMC data trends and patterns.

Identify areas for improvement based on data analysis, providing valuable insights for decision-making.

Generate comprehensive and accurate reports on VMMC activities, patient demographics, and other

Ensure reports are timely, well-organised, and tailored to the needs of various stakeholders.

Maintain meticulous records and databases related to VMMC procedures, ensuring data security and confidentiality.

Collaborate with other team members to streamline data management processes for efficiency.

Contribute to quality assurance efforts by conducting regular audits on data integrity.

Assist in implementing corrective actions based on the findings of data audits.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals and administrative staff to collect accurate data and facilitate seamless information flow.

Foster a positive work environment that encourages growth, collaboration, and teamwork within the team.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in data verification, analysis, and report generation, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to identify data discrepancies and patterns.

Excellent organisational skills to manage and maintain large datasets effectively.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
