Minimum Requirements to Apply
To be considered for this learnership opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Be between the ages of 18 and 35 and Have completed Matric / Grade 12
- Have passed Mathematical Literacy and Computer Application Technology (CAT) in Matric – these are advantageous but not mandatory
- Be currently unemployed
- Be computer literate – knowledge of MS Excel is beneficial
- Be fluent in English (read, write, and speak)
- Must not be registered for any other learnerships at the time of applying
- Be committed to attending both classroom-based training and workplace assessments
- Have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for learning and self-development
Key Responsibilities
As a learner at Booyco Electronics, you’ll be expected to:
- Attend all training sessions, workshops, and assessments as scheduled
- Gain hands-on experience in either the Field Service or Administrative department
- Support daily operations within your assigned team
