About the Role
As a Sales Channel Lead, you’ll report directly to the Regional Manager and take charge of driving sales performance, managing a team, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution & Route-to-Market Excellence
- Ensure smooth execution of sales strategies aligned with RTM principles.
- Drive in-store performance, call cycles, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor execution standards to boost sales volume and market share.
Revenue Growth & Profitability
- Deliver consistent growth in sales volume and revenue.
- Optimize pricing strategies and product mix.
- Identify new opportunities to expand market presence.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Set clear goals and track performance against KPIs
- Identify skill gaps and develop future leaders within the team.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Ensure excellent service and quick issue resolution.
- Strengthen brand loyalty through consistent engagement.
Resource & Asset Management
- Manage company assets like coolers, vehicles, and equipment.
- Ensure proper usage, maintenance, and return on investment.
- Oversee promotional material distribution effectively.

Qualifications & Experience
Qualification in Marketing, Sales, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of front-line sales experience in FMCG
