About the Role

As a Sales Channel Lead, you’ll report directly to the Regional Manager and take charge of driving sales performance, managing a team, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Execution & Route-to-Market Excellence

  • Ensure smooth execution of sales strategies aligned with RTM principles.
  • Drive in-store performance, call cycles, and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor execution standards to boost sales volume and market share.

Revenue Growth & Profitability

  • Deliver consistent growth in sales volume and revenue.
  • Optimize pricing strategies and product mix.
  • Identify new opportunities to expand market presence.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Set clear goals and track performance against KPIs
  • Identify skill gaps and develop future leaders within the team.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Ensure excellent service and quick issue resolution.
  • Strengthen brand loyalty through consistent engagement.

Resource & Asset Management

  • Manage company assets like coolers, vehicles, and equipment.
  • Ensure proper usage, maintenance, and return on investment.
  • Oversee promotional material distribution effectively.

Governance & Compliance (SHERQ)

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and risk controls.
  • Protect company assets and maintain operational standards.
  • Support a safe and compliant working environment.

Qualifications & Experience

Qualification in Marketing, Sales, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of front-line sales experience in FMCG
