CCTV operators monitor CCTV screens, report incidents and contact the police or emergency services when necessary. Listed skill resumes for CCTV operators include monitoring CCTV surveillance system, keeping daily logs, shift reports and incident reports and editing captured images and formatting them as per SOPs and SLAs.
Applicants must have at least 2 years of CCTV monitoring experience with a minimum of B grade, CCTV surveillance certificate and must be well equipped with computer, communication and arithmetic skills.
