Job Description:
We are looking to hire an experienced DC Clerk 2 in Durban @home Livingspace DC.
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

WMOS administration including shake, print, sort, and ship for local and cross-country replenishment and customer orders.

Assist and support DC staff with inquiries or issues related to the process.

Filling, running and saving daily reports for data tracking and reporting.

Inventory task system, inventory management, investigations, furniture return process.

Assist @home Livingspace Stores and Head Office with customer inquiries and requests, email stores with required paperwork.

Reservation of carriers, management and support in the delivery of stocks and dealing with carriers in queries related to the process.

Prove registration numbers to stores for carrier and IBT claims.

Supporting DC’s reverse logistics process.

Link with Midrand DC and Hubs in all regions.

Support the DC process, inventory accuracy, and controls.

Assist with any other fair share related activities as requested by management.

To apply for this position, you need:

Grade 12 (Matric).

A minimum of 2 years of work experience as a DC Secretary.

Strong administrative skills.

Knowledge of furniture distribution and delivery would be advantageous.

Support, promote and achieve the daily goals of the team.

Strong proficiency in MS Excel (ie aggregation worksheet functions [SUM, AVERAGE, etc.] data sorting and filtering, formatting, processing).

System knowledge (WMOS, PMM and ODS will be an advantage).

A high degree of accuracy and strong numerical ability.

Understand and follow the process.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with constant follow up.

Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact and communicate effectively.

Being an entrepreneur, working independently, using initiative, and being able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Caring team player focused on customer service.

Maintain regular and constant attendance and compliance with work schedule.

Have no active disciplinary warnings on record.

40 hour worker from Monday to Friday working overtime when operationally required.
