Our client is looking for a Junior Residential Property Manager for their offices based in Sandton, Johannesburg.

Minimum requirements:
• Do you have a registration certificate?
•Do you have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience as a Junior Residential Property Manager?
•Do you have MDA or similar experience (required)?
•Are you a vibrant/energetic person?
•Are you based in Johannesburg?

Skills:
•Are you excellent with communication skills (verbal and written) ability to interact at all levels internally and externally?
•Are you a team player?
•Are you organized, efficient and focused on deadlines?
• Are you detail oriented with a strong focus on accuracy?
• Can you work independently and are you motivated?

Position start dates:
•As soon as possible (if we find the right candidate, we could hire them starting today)

Salary:
•+-R5,000.00 to R12,500.00 depending on the experience (this amount includes any accommodation package)
