Signa Opportunity is recruiting unemployed youth for quality work experience through the Youth Employment Service (YES) initiative.
About the YES Initiative
The initiative was launched by the president in 2018 and is a partnership with the government and the department of labor to collectively design a national plan to build economic pathways for South African youth by creating job opportunities for young South Africans over a period of 12 months.

Homework

• Accurately capture invoices in SAP to make timely payment to suppliers.
• Ensure that a proper audit trail is maintained in respect of all payments made.
• Ensure that invoices are duly authorized according to authority levels
• Assign invoices to correct vendor and general ledger accounts on a daily basis.
• Accurately prepare vendor reconciliations on a monthly or more frequent basis as needed.
• Meet the monthly objectives of cash and accounts payable established by the business.
• Process all unapplied payments to ensure all payments are applied to invoices in a timely manner.
• Maintain open orders and follow up with branches without open orders older than a week.
• Ensure that monthly processing deadlines are met.
• Act in accordance with values ​​and adhere to policies and standard operating procedures.

Requirements:
• Diploma in Financial Accounting or equivalent
• Experience in dealing with suppliers and payments.
• Intermediate Excel experience.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate in business English.
• The applicant must be reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
• Age between 18 and 34 years.
• You must be unemployed.
• Must not have participated in the YES Program before
