Our organization specializes in the import and distribution of products in South Africa and we are seeking a Receiving Manager to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. The candidate must have a “can do” attitude and be willing to learn and grow within our company.
The salary package for this position is R9000 – R11000 per month depending on experience.
The candidate must be able to:
- Serve as liaison with clients and answer client queries.
- Process and verify customer orders and invoices.
- Involves a good knowledge of business operations and practices.
- Follow company procedures. Requirements:
- Clear criminal records
- Current driver’s license (preferable)
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience as an administrator
- 2 years of Customer Service Experience
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
- Excellent excel and letter writing skills.
- Must be organized, responsible, motivated, logical and proactive.
- Independent and able to work under pressure.
