Quality Administrator
POSITION: Quality Administrator (Ref #QA)
LOCATION: Midrand
TYPE: Temp at first, unless the right candidate is a fit from the start and a permanent placement can be made
SALARY: R16 000 – R25 000 p/m (willing to negotiate based on current salary and experience) & MIBFA Provident Fund is compulsory
STARTING DATE: ASAP/Immediately
JOB PURPOSE:
Our client is a world-renowned vehicle-based adventure gear company specializing in the toughest roof racks and accessories. They are looking for an experienced QA to join their team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least Matric
- ISO 9001:2015 Knowledge (Certificate in ISO implementation)
- Min 3 Years ISO experience
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Must work well in a team
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Creating of documents and reports)
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Working conditions are for a Factory Environment and may require occasional weekend and/or evening work.
- Work involves frequent lifting of materials and equipment.
- Machinery and tool operation require the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to, eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, work boots, and hardhats.
- Safety Precautions must always be followed as per the company’s Health and Safety Regulations
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creating and maintaining ISO 9001:2015 documentation (Company Procedures and Policies)
- Managing Factory Incident Report system.
- Managing WRIKE from a Quality perspective.
- Updating drawing files within the factory.
- Create Analytical Reports
- Follow up on outstanding issues.
