Hire All is currently seeking to employ an experienced and STRONG Branch Manager in the West Rand.

Key Outputs:

• You need to be target driven and seek to achieve above the required standard in sales, cash collections, credit control, staff management and stock management.
• Demonstrate customer care and staff control through effective managerial skills.
• Be a strong motivator for sales and the staff in the store to generate above-average sales.
• Have some technical knowledge and ability so that you can assess the output of your workshop.

Key Requirements:

• Have at least 3 years’ experience as a branch manager, be it in civils, construction or mining. Plant hire experience would be a major advantage!
• Confident, self-motivated and driven to succeed.
• Must have good communication skills and the ability to motivate staff.
• Have a fair understanding of Excel and the powers thereof.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be willing to transfer to various branches.
• Tertiary studies in Business Management will be advantageous.
