Junior Dispatch Warehouse Supervisor.

Main Purpose of Job : To manage & lead the Dispatch warehouse. (Drivers, Stock Deliveries and Vehicles)

Required Minimum Education : Matric + Tertiary Education Required Minimum Experience: 2 years of Supervisory in Dispatch Department 3 years of Administration experience (including staff management)
Good communication, planning and organizational skills.
Must be fully computer literate in Microsoft Word (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc)
Required minimum Requirements Driver’s license & own Reliable car. Knowledge of Labour Relations Problem Solving Skills Willing to work long hours & Some Weekends

Reporting; Supervisory and Administration

• Able to dispatch stock or delivery trucks.
• Deal with drivers
• Updating and maintaining of POD reports
• Responsible for writing and printing of manifest, delivery notes and trip sheets
• Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and safety.
• Ensure that freight is planned to the correct location.
  • Manage collections.
• Responsible for Linehaul planning
• Manage the warehousing for specific clients.
• Update the utilization reports.
• Complete the delivery days report.
