Junior HR Administrator.

Main Purpose of Job : To undertake a variety of HR administrative duties.

Key Responsibility:

  • Manage onboarding of all Tevo Demo employee’s paperwork, ensure that new demonstrators complete all required documentations, company policies and procedures.
    • Submit all paperwork to payroll for capturing.
  • Update employees’ movements and ensuring new pay structure/ contract is issued and submitted to payroll on time.
  • Contract Renewals / Terminations
  • Ensure that personnel files uploaded/Captured on SAGE
  • In charge of Uniform: ordering stock, issuing stock to other regions, capturing stock on hand, and ensuring that all stock issued is deducted from payroll.
  • Submit Monthly uniform deduction’s spreadsheet to payroll for both Demo and HO
  • Liaise with payroll department regarding all necessary employment processes e.g., new starters, terminations, and update on salary adjustment.
  • Issuing Labor department documents for UIF claims
    • Collecting data list from area managers, request for funds and allocate Data to demonstrators.
  • Assist with necessary documents for audits. 2. Personality Attributes:

  • Able to keep information confidential.
  • Should exhibit excellent time management and organizational skills to complete the assigned work effectively.
  • Honest and trustworthy • Ability to work in a team and as an individual.
  • Good presentation skills • Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines.

Required Minimum Education : Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management.

Required Minimum Experience.
+2 year working experience in HR environment.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Must be fully computer literate in Microsoft Word (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc).
