Shelves Packer

The Minimum Requirement

• Minimum Grade 10 is required, and Grade 12 is advantageous. The ability to communicate in English is essential. Additionally, being customer-minded, seeing situations through the eyes of the customer, responding positively, and having excellent communication skills – including listening attentively, responding appropriately, and speaking clearly and understandably – are all important.
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency by consistently striving to complete tasks in the shortest time possible. Duties And Responsibilities

• Pack shelves and bins according to laid down standards and Listen to customers’ requests, provide the required products/services, advise customers on products/services, and handle customers in a courteous and businesslike manner, when on the floor
• Maintain hygiene, housekeeping, and cleanliness standards within the warehouse and on the floor, Unpack, stack, and store stock in the warehouse in tidy and safe ways with minimal damages according to the correct layout when necessary and I worked in cold conditions

Cashiers

MBU – NCVTE ( All Store Operations positions )

To process transactions using our POS system, handling cash, giving refunds, and balancing the till. Maintained a clean working environment, upsold products and services where appropriate, resolved complaints, and ensured high levels of customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Prepare and manage the float and Operate the till and scanner correctly and speedily when checking out the customer’s purchases
• Receive and process all forms of payment and transactions during checkout and Prevent wastage/shrinkage/damages
• Maintain hygiene, housekeeping, and safe working standards and Adhere to and maintain security procedures
• Operate and clean equipment according to laid down standards Interact with customers and respond to their queries in a courteous manner
• Calm/patient, Communicative, Conscientious ( by the book), and Customer
• Handle routine work, Reliable and Willing to be flexible and multi-skilled

Bakers Assistants

To assist the Baker in preparing, baking, and finishing bakery products according to the recipe specifications.

• Clean and/or ensure the cleaning of the bakery-related equipment and utensils and make sure that general housekeeping standards are maintained according to laid down standards in the Pick n Pay food safety standards manual
• Report defective machinery/utensils to the manager, provide general assistance with production, and prepare waste for reporting
• Serve clients, Clean the back-up area, and Execute any reasonable general assignment given by management
