This qualification will contribute to the full development of the learner in the food and beverage packaging industry by providing recognition and enhancing mobility and portability within the beverage manufacturing and fast-moving consumer goods sectors

LEARNERSHIP
The qualified learner will be exposed to: a structured learning program that combines theoretical training and on-the-job learning in an integrated programme. Bottling processes and procedures, Safety and housekeeping standards, Quality tests and specifications, Beverage handling practices

Self-motivated, Attention to detail, and the ability to interact well in terms as well as the ability to work effectively in teams
Skills, Experience and Education
- Must have completed National Certificate: Food and Beverage Packaging Operations NQF3 and must be a South African Citizen
- Grade 12 with Mathematics & Physical Science (NOT Maths Literacy) and should be an Employment Equity candidate
- Must not have previously completed the same qualification or apprenticeship at another company or organization and should have been unemployed at the time of appointment
- N5 and N6 are advantageous and should be between 18-35 years of age

Job Description
South Africa Bottling Share Company is a Coca-Cola Franchise Bottler in South Africa under Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA). Currently, we have four production plants with more than 2,500 employees.
Currently, we have a thrilling opportunity for fresh graduates who are prepared to work with passion and focus and who want to join our Graduate-in-Trainee Program.
The program will allow graduates to be trained on new state-of-the-art – technology, machines, and Processes while spending 70% of their training programs on the job with close coaching and mentoring with seasoned professionals and in-classroom training to help them acquire comprehensive technical and soft skills.
The Graduate-in-Trainees will undergo a 12-18 month training program. During this period, trainees will receive exposure to various functions of the company to familiarize themselves with the overall operations, with a detailed focus on their specialized areas. Upon successful completion of the program, they will be offered employment in positions that align with their qualifications.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Only prospective graduates after 2016 E.C. and 2024 G.C. in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, and related fields of study with a CGPA of 2.75 and above will be considered. Assessments will be administered in four different locations for shortlisted candidates. Please indicate your preferred exam location in the application questions section.
